Real freedom is freedom from thoughts and living in the moment. Our brains are constantly bombarded with thoughts, both good and bad, and it can be difficult to find peace and happiness when we’re constantly dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
Our physical and mental health is interconnected. The wounds we carry from the past can manifest as physical diseases, and the way we treat our physical health can also affect our mental health.
When we fall sick, it is important to ask ourselves why we got sick. What is the underlying cause of the disease? Is it something that is happening in our lives right now, or is it something that we have been carrying with us for a long time?
Once we understand the root cause of the disease, we can start to heal it. This may involve addressing the emotional or psychological issues that are contributing to the disease.
Healing from the root of the problem can be a challenging process, but it is worth it. When we heal the underlying causes of our diseases, we can experience true health and well-being.
We are happy to introduce Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian method for mental cleansing and setting things right through mutual restitution and forgiveness.
In this 1-hour experiential learning workshop, we will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to release any pain or resentment that you may be holding onto.
Following are testimonials of participants from our previous workshop, who have experienced healing and transformation through Ho’oponopono. They have healed problems that they had held on to for years in their relationships, health and wealth – in 5 weeks by applying this technique.
