Yoga, in its true nature means union. Throughout the course of the program, we will be working on connection and exploration of inner faculties that govern our lives. Communion of the physical to the subtler aspects; body to the mind and beyond. We would actively work on building awareness and being 'present' through the medium of yoga, meditation, communal interactions, solitude and nature immersion.
The program is open for all levels of practitioners including beginners. For advance practitioners, this is a great opportunity to deepen and refine their practice in the conducive environment of this sacred place.
During the course of 5 days, we would set on a journey of new learning, self-discovery and work on establishing a stronger bond, with our body and mind. We would not just indulge in the physical practice of yoga but would go on to experience and live it, immerse in it.
Himalayas is said to be the abode of esoteric saints and yogis who live an ascetic life in these remote regions. Through this program, you get an access to their treasured wisdom and get to interact with them through our live discourses. Simply being around their presence can be a rather transforming experience if one is aware and receptive.
