About Sanjay Subrahmanyan: Renowned Carnatic music vocalist Sanjay Subrahmanyam has been honored with the prestigious ‘Sangita Kalanidhi’ title from the Music Academy. Ragam Tanam Pallavi, Brovabharama, Dorakuna Ituvanti Seva are one of his notable renditions and compositions. In his latest music festival in Chennai, he secured around 17 concert bookings in a single month in the city. Notably, Sanjay holds the distinction of being the first Indian classical vocalist to perform at the prestigious Theatre De La Ville in Paris during 1999, captivating sellout crowds on three separate occasions. Sanjay Subrahmanyan has been graded as a "Top ranking" artiste by Prasar Bharathi and is an 'A Top' Grade artiste of All India Radio, Madras. His dedication to traditional and contemporary compositions has earned him accolades. He is also a recipient of the Shanmukhananda National Eminence Award, Sangeetha Chakravarthy title, and the prestigious Kalaimamani award from the Tamil Nadu Government in 2006.
