Yogi Re (www.yogire.com) is happy to announce a yoga fest in Bengaluru from July 10 to August 1, 2021!

This will be an opportunity for beginners and yoga adepts alike to learn and explore Classical yoga in its purest form. One can learn various classical Isha Hatha Yoga practices like Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Yogasanas, Angamardana and also other yogic practices like Jala Neti, Bhastrika, Shanmukhi Mudra, Nada Yoga, Eye Care etc. We also have programs to explore Yogic Diet and Children's Yoga as well! All the yogic practices are designed by Sadhguru, Founder, Isha Foundation.

One could choose to explore all the practices taught or pick only some of the practices you are interested in. We also have practice review/correction sessions for those who have already completed learning some of these practices.
