About the Instructors:
Nikhil John, Co-Founder of Growth Hack India
Nikhil is a young aggressive professional growth hacker. He started his career in sales with Oracle and went on to become one of the top performers. He soon became the regional sales manager at Nouvasys and championed many projects across APAC and Middle East.
Most enterprises practice push sales. It’s the process of generating pipeline via cold calling and cold emailing. Nikhil realized that pushing for sales isn’t sustainable as its difficult to scale. He wanted to try something different and so he co-founded a company with Alan Rutledge, a former Microsoft & Dropbox product designer. The company focused on the “pull effect” in acquiring enterprise customers rapidly by following process, design simplicity and content. They were largely successful in creating an engineering consulting project organization.
He then started adapting growth hacking as a concept in 2012 and co-founded Cloudrecruit.co in 2015 - helping companies hire the best in growth hacking, digital marketing & tech. Since then, he’s been teaching the growth hacking subject to startups and individuals.
With his expertise and passion in growth hacking, sales and digital stuff, he launched the very first “Growth Hack India.” He is dedicated to do more and help many companies especially startups in reaching their goals.
