In my 20 years of career as a Spine & Sports Physiotherapist, I've treated countless patients and athletes using the foam roller and I'd LOVE to teach you how to do the same!

• All about foam rollers and foam rolling - Understand what we can do to treat fascial dysfunction within the body
• Beginner to advanced level foam rolling techniques for recovery, rehab, and fitness
• Understand the anatomy of myofascia and how it behaves in the body
• Discover the major fascial trains within the body and how they affect movement and function
• Learn myofascial release techniques for the different fascial trains and arm lines in the body
• Learn a range of mobility and core stability exercises using the foam roller
  
• Important contraindications and safety protocols when using the foam roller
• How to use the foam roller in your practice to help your patient and client get closer to their goals FASTER
