Location Address: Rajamchi Fort, Near Lonavala, Maharashtra.
Trek Length: About 20 km from Lonavala.(If raining)
Difficulty: Easy to Medium grade.
Suitability: Beginners to Professionals!

Itinerary 01: (Pune To Pune By Local and Lonavala To Lonavala)
Day 1 
03:45 PM: Report to our trek leader near ICICI bank ATM at Pune Railway station. Catch local train at 4:25 PM
06:00 PM: Reach Lonavala Railway Station and report to the Trek leaders
06:30 PM: Post briefing and instructions start the journey towards the start point of the trek by private Jeeps.
07:15 PM: Reach starting point of the trek. We will start the trek to the base village post briefing and instructions by Trek Leaders.
09:30 PM: Enjoy beautiful jungle trail hiking with mesmerizing view of fireflies and reach the base village. Get relax and settle down.
10:00 PM: Have a delicious Dinner ( Authentic Maharashtrian Local Veg Thali)
11:00 PM: tent allotment by Trek Leaders and time to Enjoy the overnight camping stay with strangers turned into the family under the sky full of stars, and enjoy the view of lightning fireflies. Have rest and reenergize yourself for the next morning trek.

Day 2
05:00 AM: Wake up call, Get freshen up
06:00 AM: Start trek to Rajmachi Fort (Shrivardhan Fort)
07:00 AM: Reach the peak and enjoy a beautiful view of sunrise and the surrounding. Click photos.
08:00 AM: Start descending to the base village
09:00 AM: Reach base village, relax, and have breakfast
10:30 AM: Start return journey to Lonavala by private vehicle
11:30 AM: Reach Lonavala. Goodbye until the next time!!!

Due to sudden High Demand and low availability of jeeps, it might take longer than usual to get the return jeep for Lonavala to the base village. we recommend you take Mumbai to Mumbai or Pune to Pune package to avoid unnecessary waiting time at the base village for jeeps.

Itinerary 02: (Pune To Pune By Bus)

Day 1

07:45 PM: Report to our trek leader near FC College Main Gate.
08:30 PM: Pickup At Wakad.
10:30 PM: Reach starting point of the trek. We will start the trek to the base village post briefing and instructions by Trek Leaders. Enjoy beautiful jungle trail hiking with mesmerizing view of fireflies and reach the base village. Get relax and settle down.
11:30 PM: Have a delicious Dinner ( Authentic Maharashtrian Local Veg Thali)
12:00 AM: tent allotment by Trek Leaders and time to Enjoy the overnight camping stay with strangers turned into the family under the sky full of stars, and enjoy the view of lightning fireflies. Have rest and reenergize yourself for the next morning trek.

Day 2

05:00 AM: Wake up call, Get freshen up

06:30 PM: Take Halt at Lonavala. Participants can have snacks at their own convenience.
07:30 PM: Reach the starting point of the trek by bus. We will start the trek post briefing by the Trek Leaders.
09:30 PM: Enjoy beautiful jungle trail hiking with mesmerizing view of fireflies and reach the base village which will be followed by Tent Allotment By Trek Leaders and time to get relax and settle down.

We insist you on carrying your own mat and blanket or a sleeping bag.

Note:

1. Half Way from Lonavala To Base Village Rote is off-road. and thus if it rains it becomes Muddy and thus non-motorable. In such circumstances we will have to take a walk for 6 to 8 km. So please be cooperative.

2. Arrival time in Mumbai is subjective to road congestion till Lonavala and weather conditions. It may get delayed by an hour or two.

• Torch is compulsory.
• Dry snacks you can carry if u feel hungry during travel. (almonds, dates, plum cakes, biscuits, etc.)
• Cameras, DSLRs, etc. can be carried at your own risk.
• Extra footwear (optional) if u need to change.
• Personal Medication if necessary
• Extra Pair of clothes
• Bedding (Bedsheet/sleeping Bags)

Instructions:

1) While walking from the base village to the valley we will make 3-4 small groups so that our volunteers can handle, count and track them easily.
2) No participant should leave his/her group.
3) If anyone leaves their group and faces any problems, then only himself/herself will be responsible.
4) Route can be muddy due to the rain and the terrain can be rough so it is advised to follow instructions and to be in their groups.
5) We will have 3-4 checkpoints. We will take a rest only on those points. It is an important part of the trek to complete our journey in time.
6) Please report on time at the mentioned pick-up point. In the case of any late reporting, we may have a delay to start the journey.
7) Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught by villagers or by our volunteers then we will take serious action against them.
8) If any uncertain situation occurs due to climatical, travel or any other thing, organizer is not responsible for that and further arrangements are chargeable.
9) There will be a long gap between breakfast and lunch so you can carry dry snacks like plum cake, wafers, almonds, etc. with you.
10) Carry sufficient amounts of water with you as per daily need.
11) Each tent will be allowed for a group of 3 people. No separate tent will be given to a group size below 3. We'll have to manage 3 people in each tent.
