Effective Communication by Leaders (Online)

Leadership has an important role in the growth of any organisation and a strong leader can change the destiny of an organisation. People need communicative as well as sensitive leader. 

In this workshop, we will train the participant about how to communicate effectively with your team members so that their moral stays high and they contribute productively. This training is a blend of principles used in many renown self help books written by experienced authors along with real life experience of the trainer. The training will be supported with case studies as well as videos.

This training is beneficial for existing as well as aspiring leaders. 

Training will be held online so a laptop/mobile with good speed internet connection is mandatory from the end of participants.
