Eating Healthy is Child's Play

It's Children's day this month and it's an important reminder to nourish and celebrate our little ones.

Here's a workshop from Thrive dedicated solely to these little sources of unlimited joy(and occasional bouts of anxiety) in our lives. 

Our November workshop is Parent-Child cookout where we'll be teaching you and your little ones how to make Healthy and Delicious food.

Healthy= gluten free,sugar free,dairy free,mostly vegan,free of preservatives,additives and refined oils.

Delicious= sweet treats and snacks that you can't stop eating.
