Dudhsagar waterfalls, as the name suggests, is the sea of milk. It is located in the Mandovi river in Goa, which is 60 km away from Panaji by road. It is among the tallest waterfalls in India. It has a height of 310m (1017 feet). 

When you visit the falls, you will have a different feeling altogether, which cannot be described in words. It seems like milky vapors are rising from the falls, and the clouds are falling from heaven. 

Now, do you want to know something awesome? The beautiful waterfall which was shown in the Movie Chennai express is the Dudhsagar falls. So people also call it the Chennai express waterfall.

The clear water and the lush greenery around the waterfall are something that will astonish you. The lush greenery surrounding the falls gives an aesthetic vibe that is incredible. 

Here comes the adventurous part, to reach the waterfall, you need to trek through a dense forest. The Dudhsagar trek is a 14 km long trek (one side) that takes around 6-7 hours, passing through the dense forest and walking through the railway tracks. And it is all worth it when you reach the waterfall glory. When you witness the water rapids for the first time, you will be surprised to see such a magnificent view, and the natural beauty surrounding it is praise-worthy. 

This place has a major tourist attraction because of its mesmerizing beauty, pleasant vibes, and sparkling and silent nature. That's not it, the rock formations at the base have made a natural pool, which has turquoise blue water that has descended from the Dudhsagar falls. This pool is known as the Dudhsagar waterfall pool.

03:00 AM : Reach at Pune station and spend time till our next train to Kulem which is at 4:30 PM

03:30 PM : Reporting for people from Pune

04:00 PM : Overnight train journey to Kulem

05:00 AM : Reach Kulem station, briefing, and introduction 

05:30 AM : Start our trek to Dudhsagar

06:30 AM : Have breakfast 

07:00 AM : Resume your trek to the Waterfall

10:00 AM : Reach the waterfall, spend some time, and click pictures. Have some snack

10:30 AM : Start your trek back to Kulem

02:30 PM : Reach Kulem station, have lunch, and fresh up

03:30 PM : Head to Madgaon for the train to Mumbai / Pune
