Doon Monsoon 10K Run 2022 (2nd Edition)

It is a well-known fact that The monsoons kicks in Dehradun during the month of July and continue till September. At this time the weather in Dehradun is neither too hot nor too cold. It's a very pleasant experience to run or have a stroll at this time in Dehradun. Hence, we choose such a date so that participants can experience the pleasant weather and, if they get lucky, they might get a cooling rainfall

Thrill Zone is the brainchild of P.C. Kushwaha and its official roots are in Dehradun. The main aim of Thrill Zone is to promote a fit and healthy lifestyle. It was established in 2014 and has been in operation since then. Team Thrill Zone executed 86 events, we at Thrill Zone have made our presence felt across the nation and promoted the cause of healthy living. After successfully organizing running events in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Pune, Punjab, Noida, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Roorkee, Lucknow, among others, our organization is now a Pan India organization.

10k Timed Run:- 10k Timed run Participants will get a T-Shirt, Medal, Certificate, Refreshments, Energy drink, Hydration Support, and BIB with Timing Chip.

30 to 40 Years   (Top 3 male & Female)
40 to 50 Years   (Top 3 male & Female)
50 to 60 Years   (Top 3 male & Female)
60 to 70 Years   (Top 3 male & Female)
70+ Years         (Top 3 male & Female)

Note:- There are no cash prizes only winner's trophies are there for winners in all distances.

5 K Timed Run:- 5k Timed run Participants will get a T-Shirt, Medal, Certificate, Refreshments, Energy drink, Hydration Support, and BIB with Timing Chip.

Note:- There are no cash prizes only winner's trophies are there for winners in Timed Runs.

5 k (Fun Run):- 5k participants will get a T-Shirt, Medal, Certificate, Refreshments, Energy drink, Hydration Support, and BIB without Timing Chip.

Note:- There are no winners in the Fun run

10K Couple Run/Walk:- 10k couple walk/Run Participants (Runner and Partner both) will get a T-Shirt, Medal, Certificate, Refreshments, Energy drink, Hydration Support, BIB with Timing Chip, a Chunni to tie the hands of the couple.

Note:- Top 3 Couples will be selected winners on the basis of the timing of both the partners, this is not an individual run you have to start and finish at the same time as both the partner's hands will be tied up with Chunni, there is no age category, only top 3 Couples will be selected as winners.  

Couple Run/Walk:- This one is for all lovey-dovey couples who like to do everything together, even running. While running together couples can get a chance to spend quality time with each other, away from the everyday problems of handling their families.

5K Soulmate Run (Timed Run):- Any pair can run in the soulmate run irrespective of gender or relationship like brother-sister, mother-kids, friend-friend.

I know that running or volunteering for a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, and am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. The registration fee is not refundable in any condition if the discount is 20 or more than 20%. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, animals, and personal music players are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Thrill Zone, the group of Runners of India, all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. Organizers will not be responsible for any health hazard or medical repercussion emerging out of my participation. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any race purpose.
