DSC PM-AM Half Marathon

Runners Ahoy!

Dandi Salt Challenge is India’s first Historic Heritage Marathon on the Heritage Route NH 64 from Sabarmati Ashram Ahmedabad to Dandi  - a distance of 401 KMs!

One of the races will cover the entire 401K in a challenging 19 Half Marathons to be run over 10 days from 12th March to 21st March 2019. In order to allow you to test if you have what it takes we have a unique promo run: run two half marathons in 12 hours! – 21K in the evening and then another 21K the next morning.

Come test your endurance in India’ first PM – AM half marathon runs.

Date: 1st Dec 2018 at 4pm and 2nd Dec 2018 at 6am

Venue: IIT Bombay

Run on the picturesque green campus with tree lined avenues and along the shore of the serene Powai lake. Run at dusk, rest and recover your tired legs and then run again at dawn to greet the golden sun with a cool nip in the air as you match strides with other runners.

Relive history at the finish line by mingling or taking selfies with 80 life-size statues of the 80 marchers that accompanied Bapu on their historic mission. Get yourself photographed running along the route or coming in for the finish. It is a unique opportunity. Run to prove your salt. 

Registered Partcipants of DSC PM-AM Half Marathons will get a T-shirt. It's a fully supported run with aid along the route. Breakfast and snack will also be provided.

Term & Conditions for Participants

1. I am aware that running a road race is potentially risky activity.
2. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event.
3. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever.
4. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them.  
5. I assume all risks associated with running in this event and I will abide by all race rules.
6. I waive and release all event sponsors, organisers and their representatives from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
7. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
