Ride More with Merida

CycleRepublik is now gearing up with a new store located at Ravet. CycleRepublik provides world-class bicycle sales and services, high-quality equipment’s along with training for triathletes.

CycleRepublik is a group of like-minded cycling enthusiasts who strives to bring a positive approach that would ride regularly, discover, and explore new places, promote #cycletowork while spreading awareness about fuel-free transportation and healthy lifestyle.

Our objective is to encourage the culture of the cycling community and live a healthy lifestyle.Team greet a new way to cycling riders, be it morning rides, office commute, trainer workout, races and long distance touring.

In an inauguration ceremony, we invite and welcome all out there who share the passion. We are organizing a fun ride, ride more with Merida and provide each participate free Merida T-shirt, E-certificate, hydration and healthy Breakfast followed by road safety and traffic awareness session by Mr. Nilesh Patil, Inspector of Motor Vehicle, Pune RTO.

CycleRepublik,Pumping Station Bus stop, Ravet BRTS road, Next to Creative Public Schoo, Ravetl > Mukai Chowk > Sangawade > Salumbre > Ghahunje > Expressway Service Road> CycleRepublik Ravet.

Distance : 20 KM.

Date :25th January 2020.

Time: 6:30 am.

Reporting Time: 5:45 am 

T-Shirt Distribution would be on reporting at Venue and for register riders only.

This ride event will be governed by these standard terms and conditions.

1. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the event, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of CycleRepublik India to select a participant as a finisher. 

2. Participant must report to our new stores by 5:45 am.

3. Participant must come and ride with their own bike for the event.

4. Wearing a helmet is compulsory for the entire duration of the cycling.

5. Participant must be a resident of India.

6. I agree that I am over 14 years of age and I am entering the group/event/ride at my own risk and take full responsibility for my safety and actions during the event/ride.

7. By attending or joining this group/event/ride, if any harm, injury, loss, liability or damage is caused to me or my property, I and/or any of my family members/legal heirs and/or any of my representatives shall not hold the administrators and members and organizers of the group/event/ride or the company liable or responsible for the same.

8. CycleRepublik India reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this event, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.

9. CycleRepublik India shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this event, the redemption or use of the inclusions.

10. To the extent only permitted by applicable law, CycleRepublik India reserves the right to use the participant's image, photograph, name and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of CycleRepublik India or any company within the group of companies without additional compensation or prior notice to the participant and all participants consent to the same.

11. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

12. CycleRepublik India reserves the right to request proof of a participant's eligibility and entries recorded, if there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the promotion.

13. CycleRepublik India may (i) extend (ii) terminate or suspend the event at any time due to circumstances beyond its control (iii) substitute an inclusion (or any part of the inclusions).

14. The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep CycleRepublik India harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by CycleRepublik India due to breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained.
