You don’t have to be an artist to be creative…in fact all artists are not necessarily creative! 

The Creativity Workshop is an inspiring, freeing, relaxing and fun experience. You will explore and enhance your own creative abilities to deal with life’s challenges. 

The interactive workshop will have a series of exercises like mind mapping, neurobics (to develop new neural pathways in the brain), lateral thinking, brainstorming, chart making, creative visualization and mindfulness.

You can expect to: 

1.Get over creative blocks and self-criticism that could inhibit you from living the life you love beyond self-imposed boundaries.

2.Find new sources of inspiration in everyday life.

3.Learn a ten-minute exercise that will help you to energize your brain.

The Creativity Workshop is for people of all ages and professions. All you need is a genuine desire to explore and harness your unique creative process!

It would be useful to attend with a friend or family member so that you can support each other to use the tools in daily life!
