Cii-Yi Kota is organizing a RUN on Road Safety Awareness

YOUNGATHON is to spread awareness about wearing seat belts and helmets which eventually save lives.

-REGISTRATION & EVENT DETAILS:

• Event Name - YOUNGATHON 
• Event Date - Sunday, 29th October,2023
• Race Distance - 10K (Timed Run)  |  5K (Non Timed Run)

-RACE DETAILS: 

 Race - Start Time - Cut off Time - Minimum Age

• Reporting Time 10k & 5k - 05.30 AM 
• Timed 10K - 06.00 AM hrs - 2.00 hrs - Minimum age 18 years old as on race day 
• Non-Timed 5K - 06.05 AM - 1.00 hrs - No age bar

*All Participants are required to reach at least 30 minutes prior to the Race Start time (as per category)

-RACE COURSE & STATIONS:

• Race will Start & Finish at Shree Umed Club, Kota.
• There will be enough water Stations along with the Medical station to support & keep you ever hydrated.  

-RACE EXPO(KIT Distribution):

• Date - 28th October,2023 (Saturday)
• Venue - Shree Umed Club, Kota
• Timing - 12.00 Noon - 8.00 Pm
• KIT Inclusions - Timing Chip(only for 10K) - Event T-shirt - Chest Number(BIB) - Booklet & many more surprises.

          * Carry your original Aadhar Card  

• The results & timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the Age & Gender Wise Categories* for the distances: Age (as on race day 29Oct 2023) & Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM are:-
•  18 years - upto 35 years of age
•  35+ years - upto 50 years of age
•  50+ years of age
• Prizes of worth 300,000₹ for the winners under various age group categories both male/female. 

             1st Prize - Cycle worth 15000₹  and a cash prize of 5100₹

             2nd Prize - Home furnishing item worth 8000₹ and cash prize of 4100₹ 

             3rd Prize - Goodies worth 5000₹ & Cash prize of 3100₹ 

• Every Finisher of 5K & 10K race will get a Medal & Finishing E-certificate

• Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.
• Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.
