2nd Renbukai Girls Mini Marathon for self defense & women safety at Rishikesh (Uttarakhand)
A Renbukai Marathon is a challenge you give yourself to reach a designated goal of finishing a specified distance by running.

This National Time Run is more than a Marathon. It is the seed of Unity, It is the seed of change. It is the beginning of a movement carried forward by a growing community of Running Enthusiasts across India, who share a belief that a healthy family, a healthy nation and a healthy world begins with healthy citizen i.e. You.

The first step in Fitness is taking control of your own health, respecting yourself and understanding and celebrating the value you bring to your family and society. Fitness is not a gift of society; it is a gift you give yourself.

There are two age categories as given below:

Category 01 - 07 to 13 yrs & 35 above (03 Km)

Category 02 - 14 to 35 yrs (05 Km)

Ticket Includes :

1. Registration / Ticket Number,
2. Renbukai Karate Runner Certificate to all participation,
3. Cash prize for Top 3 winners for both category : 1st Prize 2500, 2nd Prize 1500, 3rd Prize 1000 ( Prize would be increase or honor as per no. of registration)
4. T-Shirt only first 200 Participation for both category
5. Top 10 winner participants gets the Medals with Certificate for both category.

6. After third, first 10 winner girls 01 months free subscription of Karate Classes  at IDPL Community Centre, Rishikesh with Medals.
7. Available energy drink at every boath
8. Online Registration Fees 125/-

    note : Offline Registration 100/- for students (t-shirt include)

              Offline Registration 50/- for all (T-shirt not include)
10. Original ID/Photo Proof required for Ticket/BIB number.
11. T-shirt & Ticket/BIB no. can be collect on 22-02-2020 ( 10 AM to 07 PM)

Gate Closed : 06:00 AM

Ruining distance 03 KM for 07 to 12 yrs & 35 above and 05 Km for 13 to 35 yrs.

Marathon Start : 06:30 AM

No Refund will be Processed at any circumstances and the organizer hold sole rights to disqualify a participant without any prior intimation if found violating the rules & policies. A percent of every ticket cost will be contributed towards Renbukai Karate Federation.

WAIVER

I declare, confirm and agree as follows:

The information given by me in this application form is true and I am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.

Have fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in the Renbukai Girls Mini Marathon or any event outlined in this application and will be participating entirely at my risk and responsibility;

Understand the risk of participating on a course with vehicular traffic, even if the course may be regulated/ policed;

Understand that I must be of, and must train to, an appropriate level of fitness to participate in such a physically demanding event and l have obtained a medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner, allowing me to participate in the event;

For myself and our legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all Sponsors of the event, all Renbukai Marathon Committee persons, officials and volunteers, and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned including, but not limited to, any claims that might result from me participating in the event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise;

Agree that if I am injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer any detriment whatsoever, I hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials and organizers to, at my risk and cost, transport me to a medical facility and/or to administer emergency medical treatment and l waive all claims that might result from such transport and/or treatment or delay or deficiency therein. I shall pay or reimburse to you my medical and emergency expenses and l hereby authorize you to incur the same;

Shall provide to race officials such medical data relating to me as they may request. I agree that nothing herein shall oblige the event officials or organizers or any other person to incur any expense or to provide any transport or treatment;

In case of any illness or injury caused to me or death suffered by me due to any force majeure event including but not limited to fire, riots or other civil disturbances, earthquakes, storms, typhoons or any terrorist act, none of the sponsors of the event or any political entity or authorities and officials or any contractor or construction firms working on or near the course, or any of the Renbukai Marathon Committee persons, officials or volunteers or any persons or entities associated with the event or the directors, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by me or my representatives;

Understand, agree and irrevocably permit Renbukai Marathon to share the information given by me/ in this application, with all/any entities associated with the Renbukai Marathon, at its own discretion.
