Animal flow challenges mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance while improving body awareness and proprioception. It can be practiced with any form of workout & as a stand alone workout regimen.
I like variations and challenges that's why designed this class to make
everyone move more and move well in this situation when we are locked down in our
own houses due to COVID-19.
