Santhosh has completed two teacher trainings in Hatha as well as Ashtanga Vinyasa. He also holds a PG Diploma in yoga from Annamalai University and MSc yoga therapy from SVYASA University. He is also a certified Ayurveda therapist. For the teacher trainees, he teaches advanced yoga practice, teaching methodology, anatomy & physiology, Ashtanga / Vinyasa Flow.
Uma Krishna Pilla
Over seventeen years of experience as a nutritionist and over ten years of experience as a yoga teacher, she has worked in the Dietary Department at the Good Samaritan Hospital in California, USA. Areas of specialization are pre-natal yoga, kids yoga and yoga for diabetics. She also conducts workshops regarding healthy eating and lifestyle.
