INDIVIDUAL RULES:
- Please arrive at the pool 45 minutes before your session is due to start so that a lane can be allocated, and the participants can confirm their details.
- Kindly carry a valid ID proof for age verification.
- The swimathon session start time will be highlighted on following mails and in your swimmer log in area.
- Participants are requested to use proper swimming costumes. Participants who don’t adhere will not be allowed to participate. (Swimming trunks and Swimming cap mandatory).
- Participants can use any swimming stroke they wish during the swimathon.
- It is important to observe lane etiquette and avoid congestion in the pool.
- Maintain the right-hand side of the lane. Only overtake when it is safe to do so.
- Participants will be able to enter and exit the pool during the event, but the stopwatch will not be paused.
- The use of any equipment, such as buoyancy aids, fins or paddles that will assist you with your swim, are not permitted. If found, the participant will be disqualified.
- A dedicated team of photographers will be covering the event.
- Take care of your belongings, management will not be responsible for any lost items.
- No refund or transfer is entertained once the registration fees is paid.
- Due to unavoidable reasons, this year differently-abled person, autistic people, are not allowed to participate in this event.
- People with below diseases are not allowed to participate in this event.

SWIMATHON RULES:
- Members are requested to register before 2nd SEP 2019. Members will receive an email notifying that you have completed your registration formalities.
- Participants can choose only one category for swim (Individual 1.5k, Individual 2.5k, Individual 5k)
- Timings/Loops will be tracked manually by our volunteers
- Time keeper/lane referee decisions will be final.
- Participants are requested to mention their id number every 100 meters to the lane referee.
- Participants will receive the swimathon medal after completing the registered distance within the cut-off time. No rankings/podiums will be published (focus is on completion).
- Participants who are not able to finish within cut-off time will have to vacate the pool for the next event/batch
- Aid station (water, ORS, lemon, salt, peanuts, banana) are available any time
- Trained volunteers/rescue swimmers will be present at the venue to help swimmers. In case of any emergency please immediately notify the volunteers.
- Maximum of 6 members have to share a lane.
