Mr. Vijay is an Indian. he live in Hyderabad city of Telangana state with a wife and two kids.

Mr. Vijay is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Enterprise Agile Coach. He conduct training workshops for Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) across the world. He also help organizations in their Agile transformation journey. He use TBR (Training from the Back of the Room) approach for his workshops so they will be highly interactive and energitic.

He started my software career in 1998 as a software developer and worked on few ERP, e-Commerce, client-server, web projects and also mobile projects. He played various roles in my career that include: Tech Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager, Senior Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Product Manager. He also have a strong technical background that helps me to contribute to the teams in technical guidance and engineering practices coaching

He started my agile journey in 2009 and played product owner, Scrum Master and Developer roles in various projects/products I have worked with. He thoroughly understand the challenges in these roles. He was fortunate to be part of a large-scale agile transformation in a product based organization using LeSS framework.He have gained great experience as an Agile Coach during this transformation. He helped few organizations to transform into Agile.

He is certified in CST, ICF-ACC, Marshall Godlsmith Executive & Team Coach, CAL1, CTC, CSPO, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL v3 and PMP. Training and coaching is his passion and he contribute to the following training programs:
