About The Event
Organizations and teams adopting Scrum attempt to run (“sprint”) before they can walk properly, often leading to quick burn-out and unsustainable Scrum implementation.
This course aims to provide a strong foundation of Scrum to all learners (irrespective of their domains and backgrounds), enabling them to benefit from Scrum the most.
This course is meant to be the beginning, not the end, of your journey toward achieving a deeper understanding and application of Scrum and boosting your career as a Scrum Master.
Join this “Fun Shop” (not just a training workshop) to experience and understand Scrum correctly and walk away with ideas to help you succeed in customer value delivery and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
ScaleUp is a Registered Education Ally (REA) of Scrum Alliance and our two-day Certified ScrumMaster training is delivered by Scrum Alliance Certified Trainers (CSTs) who will provide you with a deeper understanding of the three overarching areas of change under Scrum: Iterative Development, Self-Management, and Visibility required for greater project success as a ScrumMaster.
