In order to minimize any inconveniences experienced by our users during this period, please note the following:
Why Is My Cash App Payment Pending?
When you have received a
Cash App Payment Pending message, this means that the payment has been sent and is still in transit. This can happen for many reasons, including:
The wrong address was entered (or no address was entered).
There was an error on our side when we sent the payment.
You can see when your
Cash App Payment Pending has been received by looking for the "Pending" message in your Cash App Messages tab and clicking on it to review details about why it needs to be confirmed before it's sent out of network or deposited into your bank account.
Why Does Cash App Say Pending?
Contact your bank. You can find out if there's an issue with your card or account by calling them directly and asking them to check for any pending transactions that may be associated with your card number or name. If they are unable to locate any records regarding this issue, then it's likely because another customer has used it recently and caused some sort of problem (such as charging someone else too much money).
Check transaction history: Go into Settings > Transaction History in order to see what actions have been taken recently (if any). This will help give context as well as show where things went wrong during processing time which could be helpful when trying again later on down road!
Contact sender : If there's still no resolution after following up above steps then feel free reach out directly through their email address listed here

Update: Since this post we have had some people using this trick to help their business grow. The most noticeable example of this is the new app 'Transferly' which allows you to transfer money digitally on your phone. To transfer money, a receiving person and sender need to be connected over the same network, otherwise it won't work. If a friend accepts your request to transfer money they are unable to do so until you confirm that the party has received it and are then able to send another request for another person. More information on how this works can be found here.
