INTRODUCTION

SCHEDULE
- Day 1 [60-90 mins]: Theory session including introduction to cancer genetics, microarray & RNA-Seq data types, pre-processing algorithms, QC plots understanding. Installing all the software, packages, and pre-requisites before starting
- Day 2 [60-90 mins]: RNA-Seq data analysis
- Day 3 [60-90 mins]: Microarray data analysis
- Day 4 [60-90 mins]: Meta-analysis of multiple cancer datasets
- Day 5 [60-90 mins]: Somatic mutation analysis

His expertise lies in RNA-Seq and microarray data analysis, biological network analysis, univariate & multivariate survival analysis, and cancer genetics. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading professionals, scientists, faculties, and doctors from around the world on various research projects. He plays an active role in designing new computational biology pipelines to advance the field..
