Serenity, privacy and security whilst immersed in the art of music and nature is our utmost priority. We have come a long way giving our best facilities to our fellow campers and it is our THIRD edition this year.

This Year we have Team BUCKETLIST EXPERIENCE creating magical experiences throughout the weekend at our campsite. Also get a chance to meet and jam with some great Talents from different corners of the country.

Inclusions:

•Warm and cozy all weatherproof and heat resistant tents (On a twin sharing basis)

• Warm blankets, clean sheets, fluffy pillows and mattress will be provided for your good sleep.

• MEALS - BREAKFAST|LUNCH|DINNER ,Traditional/Indian delicacies (Served in disposable packaging).

• Separate clean lavatories and bathrooms for Men & Women.

• 24x7 water supply.

• First Aid Kit (For minor injuries).

• Ample parking space for your vehicles.

• Phone charging docks.

• A locker room for your bags and handhelds (We advise to not keep valuables in the locker) • In-house Acoustic jam sessions.

• Sleeping amenities are not included for BYOT campers.(Get Your Own)

• Camp Donyi Polo reserves the right to withdraw all services and evict any camper without refund at any time if the actions are deemed to be in violation of camp rules.

• Check out time is 11:00 hours.

• Slot at the campsite will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• All guests must have government authorized valid Identity Card during the time of check in. • We welcome your friends but request you to inform us in advance and bear the responsibility for any untoward activities that they might indulge in.

• Guests are requested to respect the local traditions and customs.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the campsite (guests will be fined if seen littering)

• Camp Donyi Polo does not hold any responsibility for refund arising out of any natural or man-made calamities that may occur.

• Camp Donyi Polo won’t be responsible for loss and damage of goods belonging to the guests.

• Any damage to sleeping material or ay other property belonging to Camp Donyi Polo in the campsite is subject to full payment of the product MRP with an additional cost of Rs. 500/- for every item towards procurement charges.

1.After 15 September: No Refund

2.Booking made before 15th September: 50% refund.
