• Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Strictly no colors are permitted inside the venue. Guests are not allowed to bring or use any dry or wet colors.
• Outside food, beverages, water guns, or any hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Pool access is at the guest’s own risk. Proper swimwear is mandatory for entering the pool.
• Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions given by the event team and hotel management.
• Paid drinks will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age upon presentation of valid ID proof.
• Any form of misconduct, intoxication, or damage to property may lead to immediate removal from the venue without refund.
