Since its inception, Belongg has been collecting narratives of persons from various social locations. We invite you to share your journey/s of navigating mental health & identity with us and create a safe and inclusive space for everyone. 

About the moderator: 

Ishita Mehra is a trained mental health advocate and support group facilitator. 

She has been taking virtual listening circles along with her partner for over a year now and has received support group trainings from It's Ok To Talk, Icall and Apnishala.
