National Facilitator & Leadership Program

About the Program

“Become A Bhagyavidhata” is a transformational 7-day residential training designed to awaken confidence, leadership, and purpose among today’s youth.

The program blends personal growth, communication mastery, and social responsibility to create true facilitators of change for the nation.

This initiative supports Bhagyavidhata’s World’s larger mission — Youth Temple (Yuva Smarak), Nashik, and other national development projects.

Level1 — Foundation

Duration: 7 Days  (Full-Time Residential)

Contribution: ₹11,000 (Includes accommodation, food, training, material & certification)

Key Learnings:

Become a confident and compassionate communicator

Learn facilitation, coordination, and leadership roles

Understand project operations and event management

Develop self-discipline through meditation and mindfulness

Be part of a national movement of purposeful individuals

Eligibility

Age 18 to 40 years

Physically and mentally fit

100% attendance mandatory

Mobile phones not allowed during training

Pure vegetarian food provided

Once registration fee paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances

Reporting (Arrival): 21st December, Sunday

Departure: 29th December, Monday

Venue: Nashik, Maharashtra

Open for youth, trainers, social workers, entrepreneurs & coordinators (18–60 yrs)

Mentally & physically fit

100% attendance mandatory

No mobile phone usage during course

Path Beyond Level 1

Participants who complete Level 1 successfully will be eligible for the Advanced Specialization Level (Level 2) —

where they can choose a niche path and grow as certified facilitators in selected fields within Bhagyavidhata’s World.
