ITINERARY

DAY 1 : MUMBAI TO BEACH CAMP

• At 11 am meet us at Gateway of India
• Board Ferry for Mandwa.
• Reach Mandwa and proceed from Mandwa Jetty to the campsite ( apprx 1 hour) 
• Once at the campsite, you will be served complimentary welcome snacks & beverages 
• The rest of the evening is for you to spend at your leisure under the stars 
• You can use your time to click Insta worth pictures at the beach
• You can even enjoy bird watching or simply sit on the beach and enjoy the sunset
• Once the evening settles in, you can enjoy around the warm and cozy campfire, with stories and music to accompany you
• Group activities
• Dinner will be served here
• Enjoy a late night movie in the camping area
• Overnight stay in tents

DAY 2 : DEPARTURE 

• Wake-up call at 8:30 AM
• You can freshen up and have breakfast, post which, you will be checking out of the camps to bring the experience of beach side camping to an end.
• Return back to home with a bag full of memories and a gallery full of pictures.

INCLUSIONS

• Stay in tents 
• Transfer from Mandwa to campsite and return 
• One breakfast and One dinner 
• Bonfire with music 
• Group activities 
• BBQ (Veg / Non-Veg)
• Sparkly movie night

• Lunch 
• Travel insurance / Medical expenses 
• Any thing which in not mentioned in Inclusions 
  
  
  IMPORTANT NOTES
• In case of bad / poor weather conditions , forest entry / government restrictions, these activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator/Company will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity, however no refund will be provided for the same.
• In case any of the traveller misbehave with any other fellow traveller in the group or the trip guide / operator,  the misbehaving traveller may be asked to leave the trip immediately. No refund will be issued in such cases.
• Camping is very basic to Nature, so please do not expect luxury 
  
  
  CANCELLATION POLICY

We realize that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity or emergency. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time, communications costs and advance purchased bills. Therefore, all cancellations would be charged the following fees:

Before 30 days: 25% of the tour cost

Before 8-30 days : 50% of the cost 

Before 0-8 days : 100 % of the cost 

• Company reserves the right to change the Hotel accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund.
• We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property at the camp. Similarly any damages caused to the camps during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
• The timings mentioned in Day schedule section are approximate timings and can be negotiated.
• On arrival you will be required to show your photo ID’s (Driving license/Adhar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport). Pan card is not valid.The participants must be covered with full medical insurance from their home town/ city. 
• The organization does not cover any kind of insurance.In case of any accident & death company will not bear any medical/ doctor expenses, ambulance expenses, rescue expenses and airlift/ air ambulance expenses.
• Company will not be responsible for the cancellation of any event due to any unavoidable situation.
• Company will not be responsible for the cancellation of any event due to weather.
