To ensure that students and teachers taking part in Summer Sculpt Zoom courses have a safe atmosphere, the following considerations must be followed. By accepting the Zoom Meeting ID and attending the parental responsibility meeting, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

• Our students' Zoom lessons can only be viewed from a device in a shared family room.

• In order to deal with any technological difficulty, a child's zoom class should be managed by a parent.

• The Meeting ID shall not be exchanged with anyone to whom it is not assigned and shall remain private.

• A new password is given to each Zoom lesson and is sent to participants before the classes.

• We ask children to use only first names or appropriate screen nicknames.

• The participants are strictly not permitted to film; take pictures or screenshots from the zoom class. Participants who believe that this provision has been violated will be prohibited immediately.

• The Zoom session is recorded by the instructor and can be retrieved 7 days after the class and is then deleted. You should disable your video feature before filming begins if you do not want your child to be included in the recording.

• The instructor will lock the zoom session 5 minutes after the beginning time so that approved participants will not be able to access it. Anyone who arrives late to the meeting will unfortunately not be able to use the meeting ID but will send a copy as soon as possible.

• Be aware of the surroundings and other conditions in the room.

• Equipment, software and telephone or internet connectivity used to access the Services must be provided by you, and you are responsible for all costs.
