What is Aqua Zumba?
Aqua Zumba is designed for anyone. Whether you are young or old, a non-swimmer, obese or suffer with joint problems, fit or unfit, or just bored of your regular exercise routines. It is a low impact exercise, working out on upbeat music and the best way to burn calories. It is a fun-filled water- based Zumba fitness workout/party in the pool.
