An Evening of Fraud - A design thinking workshop on frauds in the age of GenAI
Atlas for Behavior Change in Development (ABCD) and Dalberg invite you to An Evening of Fraud - A design thinking workshop on frauds in the age of GenAI
We all have that nagging worry: a suspicious link, a text from an unknown number, a call that sounds just a little off. Fraudsters and Scammers are getting smarter with GenAI, impersonating voices, mimicking messages, and hacking our trust with terrifying accuracy.
Technology alone can't solve this. The real challenge is behavioural: How do we equip ourselves, our parents, and our children with the instincts to navigate this new reality?
About The Event: An Immersive, 3 hr 30 mins design thinking and co-creation workshop, where we’ll explore real-life personas - seniors, teens, parents, professionals and co-create practical, behaviorally informed strategies to stay safe. We’ll work together to brainstorm, prototype, and map out solutions that go beyond tech fixes.
Who Should Attend: We’re inviting people from all walks of life - parents worried about their kids’ online safety, students facing fraudulent job offers, professionals building safer workplaces, retirees learning to spot fake messages, and anyone helping others navigate the digital world. These are just a few examples - if fraud has touched your life or work in any way, this space is for you. Feel free to bring a parent or grandparent too
