The tents are pitched in Amba forest.

Tents will have mattresses and pillows.

 

Mask and maintaining social distance with others is mandatory throughout the trip.

Buses will be fully sanitized before the use.

Carrying your own sanitizers , gloves, face shield and mask is compulsory.

Food will be freshly cooked and served.

If the booking is canceled 10 days or before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

No refund if cancelled 8 days prior to the event.

No show = No refund. 

Booking Policies :

Seats will be reserved only after full payment.

Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on same event.

Complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants.

Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule.

Organizers hold the rights to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.

We strictly follow no alcohol, no drugs and no litter policy.

The tour is weather based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.

While Royal Heritage Trekathon (RHT) takes due care to study the weather forecast for the intended trek/ trip, there may be instances when the weather does not turnout to be favorable resulting in last minute cancellations. RHT is not responsible for any losses/ delays/ consequences resulting out of such unforeseen weather conditions. While RHT takes every effort to ensure the safety of the participants, it is solely the participants' discretion whether they wish to participate, and RHT cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, disabilities or deaths resulting out of such activities. All participants below the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one of the parents or any adult guardian duly declared by the minor participant at the time of beginning of the activity.
