Aham: Celebrating Self

Aham: Celebrating Self is an initiative that seeks to address the growing concerns surrounding mental health issues by creating an open, inclusive, and supportive platform for individuals to explore and nurture their mental and emotional well-being. Our festival will encompass a diverse range of activities, including workshops, talks, interactive and immersive sessions, therapeutic experiences, and more. By providing a space for both experts and participants to engage in meaningful conversations, we intend to break the stigma surrounding mental health and foster a culture of self-care.
