Batch 1-  7 am to 8 am IST

Batch 2-  7 pm to 8 pm IST

Fee: INR 2500/-

Age: 16 + years

Guidelines:

Empty Stomach condition:

Full meal: 4 hours gap before the session

Snack: 2.5 hours gap before the session

Beverage (tea/coffee/juice): 1.5 hours gap before the session

or

Light Stomach Condition:

Full meal: 2.5 hours gap before the session

Snack: 1.5 hours gap before the session

Beverage (tea/coffee/juice): 1.5 hours gap before the session

Terms and Conditions:

  • If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, we will not be able to allow you to continue for the rest of the program.

  • Pre-registration is mandatory. Registration will close once seats are filled up.

  • Should wear comfortable clothing and plan to be seated at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
  • Prior exposure of yoga is not mandatory
  • No refund in case of cancellation / drop-out.
  • Please do maintain a committed atmosphere:

              a. Without disruptions, like from children or mobile phone

              b. With reliable Internet

              c. By staying for the entire duration of the session

  • Before you start doing the practice move 6 feet / 2m away from your device.
  • Position your webcam / screen in such a way that your feet and entire body is visible.
