Adhiyatt - Guru Dr. Rohini Bhate

Riddham Kathak School, Bangalore in association with Rujuta Soman Cultural Academy, Pune presents ADHIYATT - Guru Dr. Rohini Bhate. The show, a tribute to the great Kathak Legend is being presented to commemorate the occasion of Riddham Kathak School completing five years in December 2017. Performances will feature Guru Rohini ji's unique choreographies along with informative commentary with video clippings on her. For over six decades Late Pandita Dr. Rohini Bhate focused her energies on Kathak evolving a remarkable and unique rich style of her own. She has enriched the Kathak repertoire creating a large corpus of dance compositions : Traditional and Contemporary. Her disciples Rujuta Soman and Sampada Pillai along with disciples of R.S.C.A , Pune will present Guru Rohini ji's compositions for the very first time in Bangalore.
