1. Accommodation for Sunday Night i.e 6th January 2019.
2. Dinner on Sunday Night i.e 6th January 2019.
3. Breakfast on Monday Morning i.e. 7th January 2019.

RULES OF ACCOMMODATION

• Rooms will be allocated from 5 30 pm to 8 30 pm on saturday

• Rooms should be vacated before 10 am, Sunday.

• No provisions for the bedsheets will be made, please bring your own bedsheets

• All payments are final, and no refunds will be provided.

• The rooms provided are on the temporary campus.

• Transportation will be provided to and from the temporary campus at specified times.

RULES FOR REGISTRATION

• Offline registrations will be outside the auditorium in academic block A, between 8 am to 11 am.

• Online registrations will also be verified outside the auditorium, academic block A from 8 30 am.

• The cloakroom will be provided for luggage storage during the workshop.

RULES TO BE FOLLOWED IN THE CAMPUS

• Kindly carry your college ID cards and registration cards (provided during on spot registration) in the campus

• Rules of the hostel should be followed. Girls should be in their allotted accommodation by 12 am.

• Any kind of misbehaviour will not be tolerated and will be dealt with strictly.

• Security personnel are not responsible for any of your personal belongings.

• Security personnel reserve the right to refuse your entry at any point of time if they deem it unsafe.

• Kindly cooperate with the Hospitality Team.

• Students are advised not to keep large amounts of cash or valuables in the provided accommodation. The student is responsible for the safety of his/her belongings. Cloakrooms will be provided where you can keep your luggage.

• Any damage/breakage to hostel property will be charged to the occupants of the block with a fine. Disciplinary action will also be initiated.

• Substance abuse, consumption of alcohol and smoking or chewing of tobacco and related products are strictly banned in the campus.

• Water should be used carefully and should not be wasted. Keep the campus clean.
