Though each A-CSM course varies depending on the instructor, all Advanced Certified Scrum Master® courses focus on Scrum from a Scrum Master's perspective. Graduates will receive the A-CSM designation. All A-CSM courses are taught by guides approved by the Scrum Alliance.

The ScrumAlliance Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification helps you to grow you skills as a Scrum Master and work with team, stakeholders and business owners to coach, mentor and guide them to adopt Scrum practices progressively in a better way. It helps you strengthen your role as a ScrumMaster by taking you through advanced concepts of Stakeholder Management, Team Management, working with Product Owners and also using Scrum in a Scaled Environment (Scaling Scrum or Scaled Agile is what they call it !!)

But before you join the workshop, here are a few things that you need to have:

• A Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification with the Scrum Alliance (A valid , active one!) .

• At least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (within the past five years) .. [No, no, not the title, the actual role… as Shakespeare said what’s in a name , a name is a name].

• The zeal and skills;) to survive the rigor of 3 days in the workshop.

• Eagerness to share your experience to the world and learning from others’ experiences .
