4th Edition Dwarka Half Marathon-2022

URM is organizing 4th Edition of Dwarka Half Marathon ,”Run For Honk Free Dwarka “ on Sunday ,21st August 2022. URM is organising this event with a view to create the awareness about the ill-effects of noise pollution and to promote judicious use of horn to ensure “Honk Free Dwarka.”

It is well known that high noise levels can contribute to cardiovascular effects in humans. In animals, noise can increase the risk of death by altering predator or prey detection and avoidance, interfere with reproduction and navigation, and contribute to permanent hearing loss. According to the World Health Organization, children are especially vulnerable to noise, and the effects that noise has on children may be permanent. Noise poses a serious threat to a child’s physical and psychological health, and may negatively interfere with a child's learning and behaviour.

Universal Runners Marathon & The Earth Saviours has taken the initiative to run for Honk Free Dwarka across Delhi & NCR .Together let’s build a Honk free and healthy environment for our city.

  (4) 3KM : Fun Run Without Timing Chip ( On Ground Event )

Starting Time : 6:30’AM

5 yrs to 60 + ( Open category)

Registration Fee: 800 INR

Note : All The Participants will get water station , Energy Drink & first Aid on per 2 km , Start & Finishing Point, Finisher Medal ,winners Trophy ,winners Gifts, Energy Drink & Refreshment After Completing Run ,online Timing Certificate & Race Result Available On Website Next 2 Days From The Event Date .

We start with warm up exercises / Zumba and close with cool down stretches.

Reporting & Flag Off Timing :

- REPORTING TIME : 5:00 AM

- Flag Off Time : 21km -5:30 AM

-Flag Off Time : 10 .55 km-5:45 AM

-Flag Off time : 5 km - 6:00 Am

-Flag Off Time : 3km - 6:30

Rules & Regulations :

1.Please do not litter the route. We will have dustbins all along the route.

2.Runners will get Finisher Medal , Energy Drink & Refreshments after finishing their running.

3. . Event Photos , Race Result & Timing Certificate download after 1 day from the event date. Participants will get race result website & photos link on their E-mail ID & Universal Runners Facebook Page : https://www.facebook.com/universalrunners28/

4.Participants need to be at least 5 years old for the 3km run , participants need to be at least 8 years old for the 5km run .

5.Participants need to be at least 12 years old for the 10.55 km run

6. Participants need to be at least 15 years old for the 21.1 km ( HALF MARATHON )

7 . Baggage Store Counter will be there on Race Day .

8. The Parking Area will be there .

9. (Chest No.) Bib No. and T-shirt Collection not Available On Race Day .

10. Bib Number & T-shirt Collection Date , Venue & Timings details will be updated After Closing Registration , Participants will get mail also.

11.No refunds of registration amount or transfer of registration.

12.Please call for an ambulance or aid if you ever do feel dizzy or unsteady

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
