200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course started from 1st November 2017 to 28 November 2017

This Yoga course will cover six subjects: Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Anatomy, Philosophy, Meditation, Pranayama.

In keeping with the needs of Yoga Alliance - USA, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Rishikesh retreats follow a firm routine where nearly each of the 6 to 8 training hours in the day is assigned to some element of yoga. You could find the training intensive but informative. Relying on the yoga school the mornings can start as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation followed by Yoga postures and perhaps some sessions or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and Pranayama (Breathing) are also part of the program. Throughout yoga teacher training course you are offered with two to three yogic meals, fruit refreshments, and green tea.

• 8:30 pm - Night time Meditation, Movies Related to Yoga Philosophy, Live Music Night Walk, Evening Fire etc

Strategies and practice in RYT 200 yoga teacher training make the majority of the teaching as 100 hours is assigned to that. The technique takes up 25 hours when 20 hours go to understanding anatomy and physiology. You need to dedicate 30 hours to philosophy and ethical conduct. There are 15 hours and 10 hours for practicum.
