The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) at Sukha Yogashala is a Yoga Alliance USA–certified program that offers a strong foundation in traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga styles.
Over the span of 24–28 days, you’ll experience a holistic blend of asana practice, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, guided by experienced and compassionate teachers.
