200 Hour Hatha Teacher Training

Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga focusing on traditional asanas alignment, Pranayama practices, yogic kriyas cleansing techniques, and traditional yogic philosophy. Hatha yoga provides the foundational base of the yogic path. You will gain experience and knowledge of safe alignment and modifications for every level of practitioner. We provide 200 hour course which broadens the knowledge to include traditional yoga paths.
