2 week Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh, India

The retreats will rejuvenate participants with mind and body cleansing followed by meditation practice of multi-style Asana like hatha, kundalini, ashtanga - vinyasa, Pranayama, Mantra chanting, Kriyas along with our ongoing yoga teachers training students with relaxation which makes it a perfect yoga retreat and introduce the participant as a beginner level yoga teacher training . This course can be the gateway to understand the course structure of professional yoga teacher training of 200 hour TTC course which we conduct with the affiliation of Yoga Alliance®‎. During this two week journey, there will mind and body detoxification topping up with two traditional Ayurvedic massages, deep relaxation sessions while discovering the benefits of yoga and meditation. Explore the warm hospitality of Rishikesh at Himalayan Holistic Yoga in the lap of the mystic valley of Himalaya at our cozy accommodation with delicious satwik / vegetarian meal and day excursion on free days.

Himalayan Holistic Yoga School is located in Rishikesh, which is an exciting destination for a yoga retreats and yoga holiday. The serene beauty of this place with a presence of the Himalayan mountains foothills, the waterfalls, the flow of the Holy River Ganga, a cultural exchange with local people all this gives an immense opportunity to make your retreats a combination of tranquility and spiritual experience.

This place acknowledges the famous Beatles group rocked up at the ashram of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the late 60s and known as ‘Yoga Capital of the World’, with masses of ashrams and all kinds of yoga and meditation classes. Evenings are most charismatic here with a dusky valley, ringing temple bells as sadhus (holy men), pilgrims across world and tourists prepare for the nightly Ganga Aarti (river worship ceremony).

On Sunday, participants will have the opportunity to visit local sights which are included as part of the program.
