Our 10-day Yoga retreat in Rishikesh is an opportunity for all seekers who wish to take a break from their daily routine and connect with their inner selves. The gushing water and gentle breeze around our humble abode refresh the mind, body and soul and is an experience in itself. The retreat involves learning and practicing Yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation, nature excursions and a tour of the Himalayas!
