1 month Weekend theatre workshop for kids

Theatre is not just about Acting. It leads to overall personality development.

I got a taste of it while at college (IIT Kharagpur), Imagine what big difference can it make in a kids life, if introduced at a tender age. Highlights about the planned theatre workshop:

- Introduction to theatre & acting

- Creative Exercises: Sounds, Imagination, Walk with Characterization, team work, enhancement of observational skills, Mind games & many more

- Learn to communicate effectively

- Story telling & Verbal Story Creation

- Concludes with performance

About Trainer:

Online weekend theatre workshop for kids will be conducted by Deepant Kandoi.

- He is an IIT Kharagpur alumni (2014 batch)

- He has an experience of more than 6 years in the field of cinema (upcoming movie Jaadugar) and Theatre (Court Martial, Gagan Damama Bajyo, kabira khada bazaar mein, Gaaye & many more)

- Ex-theatre faculty at The Millennium School, Noida-119, where he conducted theatre sessions for classes 1-9 both offline and online (including production of self scripted stage plays and street plays)

- He has also conducted workshops at many instutions and colleges all over India: Delhi University, IITs, Tihar Jail (under trial kids) and many more.

- The experience of stage design, light & Sound design is a big plus. Not to mention that being a professional voiceover artist has added to his capabilities an another feather. (Also, he worked as data analyst at Accenture for 5 years)

- He has a unique style of conducting the theatre workshop (all inclusive) and has the capability to connect with kids instantly.
