Innoplexus visitors policy:
As part of Innoplexus compliance and visitor policy, all participants are required to comply to code of conduct stated below:
1) Identification and Authorisation: All visitors are required to produce government authorised photo identification proof (driving licence / Aadhar card / passport) and fill up visitor register at the reception for entry into office premises
2) Personal device policy: At any time, no personal device including but not limited to laptop, mobile phone, pen drive, hard drive, tablets, ipads, raspberry pie, wifi devices, etc) is allowed to be brought into the office premises. If visitor is carrying any personal IT asset, it will have to be submitted at the reception and can be collected back at the time of exiting the company premises.
3) Innoplexus data protection and confidentiality policies temporarily cover our visitors while they are on company premises. They must not misuse Innoplexus internet connection, disclose confidential information or take photographs of restricted company areas.
