Title:  Getting started with accessibility testing

"On account of the need to optimize websites and applications, the web accessibility testing is experiencing strong demand and is a very niche skill. It relates to the usability of a web app or mobile app by people with all the abilities and disabilities. The significance of this testing is to verify both usability and accessibility.

Accessibility aims to cater people of different abilities such as:

• Visual Impairments
• Physical Impairment
• Hearing Impairment
• Cognitive Impairment
• Learning Impairment   

Accessibility testing deals with the way we can make all kinds of people inclusive in using a web app."

About Speaker:

Kalpana Kukreja, Test consultant at Rapid Circle

Kalpana works as a 'Test Consultant' at Rapid circle. She has relevant experience in Manual, Automation, API, Performance testing, and now accessibility testing as well. She loves to explore and experiment. She tries her hands on every new thing she comes across and enjoys the learning process and that's how she got hooked up with accessibility testing as well. During her day job, she is a tester and becomes a literary person when the day ends. She is fond of literary fiction and has pursued a master's in literature for her interests. She loves to write poetries, and short stories and got her work published in 3 of the anthologies and also won a reader's choice award for her work. She has written various blogs and web content to fuel her passion.

Title: IoT testing

The Internet of Things connects different objects, adds cutting-edge sensors, and facilitates real-time communication between different devices. It allows people to add a new level of digital intelligence to devices and help them process information on-site without any delays. IoT testing helps determine if IoT software meets the accepted standard of quality and performs meets the expectation of users. Because this testing determines the quality of the product, QAs need to perform testing rigorously to identify underlying bugs and rectify them immediately. IoT QA testing ensures that end-users experience a quality user experience across various channels.
