Are you a budding DIYer? Or maybe just want to be better informed as a consumer of woodworking like a designer or architect? Or maybe you have a passion to do new things like me.
Learn how to use advanced woodworking tools like the table saw, compound miter saw and a plunge router. You will learn about wood as a material and various joinery techniques such as miter joints, dados, lap joints, butt joints and rabbets. Each participant will make a small barn stool to take home with them.
Wear comfortable and old clothes, preferably something you do not mind getting a little dirty and possibly stained. Close-toed shoes like sneakers or boots are mandatory. Long hair should be tied. Participants should be 18+ years.
