The 3rd edition of this extremely popular and successful Lifestyle Challenge will include daily programmed workouts by an expert panel of trainers. Each session concentrates on one main aspect of fitness from Body Weight training, Strengthening, Flexibility & Mobility, High Intensity Cardio to Core building and even documents the daily steps taken. Emphasis is placed strongly on deep rest and recovery through weekly guided meditative Yoga Nidra sessions. Participants can opt for upto five LIVE sessions with Instructors to get personal attention, correct their form and discuss any areas of concern. Studio 23’s experienced nutritionist, suggests meal plans and hydration requirements for more effective results. Specialists offer Sleep Hygiene guidelines to improve your sleep and bedtime which include advice on blue light exposure before bed and more. Most importantly the challenge includes weekly guided meditations to distress, relax and refresh our mind, as mental well-being is paramount for a healthy lifestyle.
As this is a virtual program, participants can join in the challenge from across the country and can participate from the comforts of their home. No additional equipment is really required as the trainers have adapted their programs to innovatively use regular household items. Yoga blocks and a strap can come in handy but there are home alternatives for them. This month-long program , offers videos from the advanced Studio 23 instructors as well as upto five group zoom sessions.
The next edition of the lifestyle challenge begins on 19th October and is priced at INR 9000 per person and includes a nutrition plan.
