Ride Categories & Winning Age Categories:
• 10 KM - Mpower Mental Wellness Charity Ride (10 yrs and above can participate)
• 25 KM - Winning Age Categories: 14-34 years, 35 years & above (14 yrs and above can participate)
• 50 KM - Winning Age Categories: 14-34 years, 35 years & above (14 yrs and above can participate)
• 100 KM - Winning Age Categories: 16-34 years, 35 years & above (16 yrs and above can participate)

Terms & Conditions
1. Wearing a helmet while cycling is mandatory. Front light, back light, and reflectors on the cycle are also mandatory.
2. Road closures will be in effect for select distances and key junctions only. Every participant is responsible for their own safety and must follow all traffic rules at all times.
3. While the event organisers will provide hydration, medical, technical, and crew support, participants with any pre-existing medical condition must consult their family doctor before participating.
4. Electric bicycles are strictly not allowed. Participants found using one will be disqualified.
5. Finisher medals and packed breakfasts will be distributed at the takeaway counter. Please maintain social distancing while collecting your medal and breakfast.
6. Medals and breakfast will be distributed only during event hours.
7. BIB and event kit will be distributed on 29th November 2025 at the Expo. The venue for the Expo will be announced after 20th November 2025. Please note: BIB and event kits will not be distributed on the event day.
8. Participants will not be allowed into the holding area on the event day without their BIB.
9. In case the event date changes, participants may either claim a full refund by writing to info@champendurance.com or carry forward their existing registration to the new date.
10. If the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
11. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue, route, or event timings based on permissions from the Municipal Corporation and Police authorities.
12. Any updates regarding changes in event time, venue, or route will be communicated via email or posted on the event website: www.champendurance.com. For any queries, please write to info@champendurance.com.
13. The designated healthcare provider (medical partner) will offer free services to all participants until the conclusion of the event. If further medical attention requiring hospitalization is necessary, participants will be admitted to the nearest hospital, and all costs incurred will be borne by the participant in accordance with that hospital’s policies.
14. Once registration is completed, it cannot be cancelled or transferred.
15. Photographs and videos captured by photographers or videographers authorized by the event organizers may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes for future events organized by the same entity. By participating in the event, participants grant the organizer full rights to use such images and recordings without any compensation or further consent.
16. The personal data of registered participants, including their name, email address, and mobile number, may be shared with official event sponsors and partners only if such a clause is included in the Sponsor–Organizer Agreement. The organizers ensure that such data sharing will be limited to legitimate promotional and communication purposes related to the event or its sponsors.
