RANG 2024 3RD ALL INDIA ART & PERFORMANCE COMPETITION  ON THEME OF ‘NATURE & WILDLIFE OF INDIA’ Organised by Nirman Prathisthan & Janta Kalyan Kendra, Managed by We One Events.

What is expected from participants:-

‘NATURE & WILDLIFE OF INDIA’ the theme for this year, RANG 2024 is about going back to our roots to cherish and save something precious for the coming generations. Through this event, we envision to unite and nurture the roots of our heritage that make us and our country unique in every way.

All the above 3 sub-theme have the sole purpose to explore and create the greater meaning of ‘NATURE & WILDLIFE OF INDIA’. This is our pride and our heritage and so with our labour of love, we need to create and treasure it for coming generations.

This event is open to all age groups and we expect a massive participation of over 2 lakh youths.

DRAWING COMPETITION

Rules & Regulations of Event:

1. Participants must register online through our website: www.weoneevents.com.

2. For group registration (offline only), Schools/Colleges or Institutes can use the group registration form provided in this email or downloaded from our website.

3. Each individual registration allows for only one entry.

4. Drawings can be created using any medium such as pencil, pen, chalk, watercolour, oil paint, etc.

5. The size of the drawing paper must be A3 (297mm X 420mm). Drawings of a different size will not be considered.

6. Participants must clearly mention their Name, Address, City, State, Date of Birth, School Name, contact mobile number, and payment code number in CAPITAL ENGLISH ONLY on the back side of the drawing sheet.

7. All participants must send their original drawing by registered post or a reputable courier service.

8. Digital copies of the artwork will not be accepted, and paintings should not be framed.

9. The drawings will not be returned to the participants as they become the property of the organizer.

10. The drawings will be donated to an NGO, library, or school. All rights are reserved with the organizers.

11. The organizers are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the handling of the parcel by the postal service or Courier Company.

12. Your drawings may be uploaded on our social media platforms.

13. In any case, the judges' decision will be final.

14. The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the event or competition.

ELOCUTION COMPETITION

Rules & Regulations of Event:

1. Participants must register online through our website: www.weoneevents.com.

2. For group registration (offline only), Schools/Colleges or Institutes can use the group registration form provided in this email or downloaded from our website.

3. Each individual registration allows for only one entry.

4. The time limit for the competition is a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes.

5. Participants must send their video only by email to rangelocution@gmail.com.

6. Along with the video, participants must clearly mention their Name, Address, City, State, Date of Birth, School Name, contact mobile number, and payment code number in CAPITAL ENGLISH ONLY in the email body text.

7. The video should be clear and audible, without any edits.

8. Language and content should adhere to the given theme and be non-controversial.

9. The video will not be returned to the participants as it becomes the property of the organizer.

10. Your video may be uploaded on our social media platforms.

11. In any case, the judges' decision will be final.

12. The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the event or competition.

ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION

Rules & Regulations of Event

1. Participants must register online through our website: www.weoneevents.com.

2. For group registration (offline only), Schools/Colleges or Institutes can use the group registration form provided in this email or downloaded from our website.

3. Each individual registration allows for only one entry.

4. The essay should be 300 to 600 words long, written on foolscap paper in legible handwriting.

5. The write-up must be in handwritten form and should be the original work of the participant, not copied from any media or books.

6. Participants must clearly mention their Name, Address, City, State, Date of Birth, School Name, contact mobile number, and payment code number in CAPITAL ENGLISH ONLY on the backside of the hand-written original essay.

7. The original essay should be sent only through registered post or a reputed courier service.

8. Language and content should adhere to the given theme and be non-controversial.

9. The submitted essay will not be returned to participants as it becomes the property of the organizer.

10. Your essay may be uploaded on our social media platforms.

11. In any case, the judges' decision will be final.

12. The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the event or competition.

SHORT FILM COMPETITION

Rules & Regulations of Event:

1. The Short Film Competition is a team competition.

2. Each team can have a maximum of 8 technical members, with their names and roles (e.g., writer, director, editor) clearly mentioned.

3. Every short film must be registered online through our website: www.weoneevents.com. Or

4. For group registration (offline only), schools/colleges or institutes can use the group registration form provided in this email or downloaded from our website.

5. Short films should be in Hindi or English language only.

6. The time limit for the short film is a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 10 minutes.

7. Participants should send their videos only through email: rangshortfilm@gmail.com.

8. Participants must mention their Name, Address, City, State, Date of Birth, School Name, contact mobile number, and payment code number in CAPITAL ENGLISH ONLY along with the video in the email body text.

9. A brief synopsis of the film in English should be attached with the email.

10. Short films submitted for this competition will become the property of the organizers.

11. The story or theme of the short film should be based on historical characters.

12. The preferred languages for the short film are Hindi, English, or silent film. Dialogue must have English subtitles.

13. Short films can be of any genre (e.g., noir, thriller, drama, documentary).

14. The short films will be judged by experts from the field.

15. . Use of any copyrighted material in the short film is prohibited, unless selected clips fall under the "COPYRIGHT LICENSE RELEASE."

16. Your video may be uploaded on our social media platforms.

17. In any case, the judges' decision will be final.

18. The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the event or competition.
